A friend and I went to the Winnipeg Art Gallery to take in the 100 Masters exhibit. I had already seen it a couple months ago with the office but I enjoyed it enough that I wanted to see it again... and this time, I took my sketchbook.
By sketching some of my favourite pieces, it helped me pay attention to some of the little details that I missed the first time through. I also decided to do so with a Sharpie pen rather than my usual 4H pencil, in an attempt to get more comfortable working with ink.
