Gavrilo
I bought a fish about two weeks ago, a blue betta. His name is Gavrilo, named after the Bosnian Serb who assassinated Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria in 1914... for no particular reason other than I liked the sound of the name and I was feeling overly-clever at the time. :)
Lacking much room in my bachelor suite apartment, I only really had room for a small two-litre tank, but considering the pet shop I got him at had him in half a glass of water, his new digs are down-right palatial in comparison. I decided to give him a bit of a zen garden motif, picking a little square ruin for him to swim around and through. It seemed to go well with the gravel and black rocks that came with the little tank.
